Elliot has always led an active lifestyle. As a former Princeton emeritus, he spent his time outside of work teaching swimming lessons to the local children and participating in fitness activities and triathletes around Los Angeles on a regular basis.

He is also a freelance health and wellness writer, sharing all his research on how to live a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle. He is 41-years-old and lives with his wife and two children. 

Margot Richardson

On the weekdays, Margot is a professional health and wellness writer. She’s either writing for a women’s magazine or speaking to local community centers about the importance of staying healthy as a motivational speaker. She’s done her research and provides the necessary facts to back up her claims and convince people to lead healthier lives.

On the weekends, she is an environmentalist and a volunteer for her local cat shelter. She lives in San Diego with her three adopted cats.

Maggie Welsh

Maggie earned her degree in psychology and works part-time as a professor and researcher. She is interested in nutrition and health sciences and is also an advocate for mental health awareness.

As a psychologist, Maggie understands how mental illness is similar to physical disorders. She wants to remove the stigma surrounding her field and provide helpful coping mechanisms people can use to remain mentally healthy.
